Overview
Chyameya Rîmà Hûs̺iyâ was founded durring the late 13th century in fall of the year 1169, by Thugrer. The establishment of Chyameya Rîmà Hûs̺iyâ was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Thugrer struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Chyameya Rîmà Hûs̺iyâ as a prison colony.
Chyameya Rîmà Hûs̺iyâ was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Chyameya Rîmà Hûs̺iyâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Chyameya Rîmà Hûs̺iyâ is buildings are arranged arround a single restrictive paverstone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the city a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The city posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Chyameya Rîmà Hûs̺iyâ weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. Chyameya Rîmà Hûs̺iyâ's budget focused millitary grade defenses are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.
A look around Chyameya Rîmà Hûs̺iyâ has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Chyameya Rîmà Hûs̺iyâ long.

The natives may not have the resources or opportunities to integrate these newcomers, and it may be that the new population has no desire to stay longer than is necessary.
